First One!!!

Welcome to the Crafty Hatt. I'm so excited to see where this blog and website go. Right now we are taking it slow and having fun. After all, mommy, wife, and teacher is enough. Adding in entrepreneur is probably not in the cards right now. I'll just add in creative crafter for now.

In case you don't know what this is all about here we go...

In October I started a Facebook group with friends that I knew loved to do crafts. I named it Craftin' Chaos. I mean after all, all those craft materials spread out all over the table or at my house the whole room looks like chaos. The best things about this chaos is that it turns into something so awesome that you get to bring home!!!

My thinking behind this group was that no one ever has the time to go out and grab all the materials needed to make a craft. You might need to go to 3, 4 or even 5 different stores to buy all the materials. So i thought if i just made sets of materials and had people pay me for them we would all have a cute craft to do and take home and they would save a lot of time shopping around and catching discounts/coupons.

We have done 3 crafts and we are scheduling our 4th craft right now. If you would like to be added to the page just comment below and I will gladly add you on our page.

I have a few ideas about where we can take this but we just need to take it slow and like i said enjoy it.

I am expecting a new baby here in March. I'm not sure how that will effect this great group. I hope it just makes it more fun.

We've had a ton of fun so far and I'm sure we will have much much more.
